Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
- Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery
- Items normally arrive the next day but some delays may occur around busy times like Christmas. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
- We deliver within the United Kingdom.
- Your products will be delivered to the address specified during the check-out procedure.
- If you do not take delivery of the products, they will be held at your Local Postal Office/Sorting Office. You will need to liaise directly with Royal Mail to arrange to collect the parcel or organise a redelivery.
Returns
- You may return the goods within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Goods must be unopened with seals intact.
- If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
- If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us via email within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
